What is a Vacation Condominium?
A vacation condominium is a lodging which features suites, rather than single rooms. Most condos have a separate bedroom; most have two or three. There is a set price for the entire condo (not by the person). However, each condo has a maximum number of persons allowed.
Most one-bedroom units sleep a maximum of four (with a sleeper/sofa in the living room. Most two-bedroom condos sleep a maximum of six, and most three-bedroom condos sleep up to eight. Kitchens are fully equipped. There are one or more bathrooms, washer and dryer, and usually a balcony or patio. Towels and linens are provided. Usually, there is air conditioning and heat control, color TV, and often cable TV.
Daily maid service and other hotel conveniences are usually available.
Resort amenities usually include tennis courts, swimming pools, and golf privileges at or nearby. Most beach resorts request that you bring your own beach towels and beach gear.
Group vacations, beach vacations, golf vacations, and ski vacations are very popular. Groups find it very convenient to split the cost of a condo. Most condo staffs are expert at arranging everything from ski lift tickets to equipment rentals, which means less hassle for everyone. Often our condo prices can include ski-lift tickets, access to special golf courses, beach activity areas, with boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, or the like. Beach and golf vacations are a natural. Staff members can usually recommend a spa where you can be pampered; a special lesson from a golf or tennis professional, guided deep-sea fishing, helicopter skiing or places for peace and seclusion.

Condos and Villas vs. Hotels
True or False?
1. Hotels offer a resort-like atmosphere whereas condos do not.
False. Many full-scale resorts with restaurants, lounges, and other amenities offer condo units with living rooms, separate bedrooms and kitchens.
2. Renting a resort/condo space is a way to trick the consumer into attending a boring time share presentation.
False. Vacation rentals through CONDO WORLD never require listening to a time share presentation.
3. If our family rents a condo/villa with a kitchen, Mom will cook meals instead of enjoying her vacation.
False. This is up to the individual family. Most condos are near to restaurants for dining out. Many families prefer the ease of breakfast eaten at their leisure.
4. Condos cost more than hotels.
False. The hotel room is sometimes cheaper than a condo, but greater value exists in the greater living area, and easily available kitchen in the condo.
5. A condo must always be rented for a week beginning on Saturday.
False. Many condos are available on a three or four day basis starting any day of the week. Some condos require longer stays during peak travel periods.
6. Condo/Villas should be booked father in advance than hotels.
True. Most condo properties have fewer units than hotel-type properties and they book up faster. With a condo, it is a good idea to book 4-5 months in advance.
7. Condos never have maid service.
False. Maid service can usually be arranged.

Do families stay at Vacation Condominiums?
Yes!
Renting a Vacation Condominium is like having the best features of home with you. The sheets are on the bed, the cable TV is ready, and the kitchen is fully equipped and waiting for snacks and treats your children like. Parents have a bit of privacy, and children have room to play.
The staff at most condo resorts can recommend reliable babysitters, and offer daily maid service, giving everyone a break. Family reunions are a natural for condominiums.
