When you need more information or want to make a reservation.

We have provided lots of information to help you make your decision. If you have decided on your destination, the travel dates, the number of adults and children, and a budget, then click on reservations, fill out the e-mail or fax form (on the Reservation page), and we will provide a quote or reservation.

If you would like more information or help, follow the steps below. The information requested is very important in helping us help you.

1. Call 888-391-6766 (USA, Hawaii, and Canada), FAX us at 650-323-2623, or submit our Information Request form or you may use our secure server to submit a request for a Confirmed Reservation.

   We will need to know the following things from you:

   • How many adults and how many children will be traveling?
   • Your preferred destination?
   • Your travel dates?
   • How many bedrooms you will need?

   Also, we will need to know your approximate budget for the lodging portion of your vacation. In addition, we would like to know what kinds of activities you and your family enjoys.

2. We will discuss things with you. When we have the needed information, we will suggest two or three options that will provide the best value and best fit for what you want. Information will either be E-Mailed or faxed to you. Sometimes we can respond immediately and usually always within two days.
3. We will provide a call back 800# and/or E-Mail. Call us with any questions and determine the deposit requirement and method of payment. We will tell you the deposit requirements. Each property is different. The deposit is based on the number of nights, or a per cent of the total. If credit cards are accepted, we will tell you, otherwise payment is by check. All money received by us is placed in the Condo World Vacations Trust Account.
4. You make the payment required. We send you a written confirmation with your confirmation number, full directions to the property, and a Unicard Travel Association enrollment form link.
5. You are a valued client and we want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry-free.
