General Information:
This charming group of villas including Villa Carolina, Villa Rosita, Villa Maria Del Carmen, and Villa Pedro were among the first beachfront homes built in Cozumel.  Left forgotten for years, they were finally taken over and completely remodeled for vacation homes in 1988.  In September 1997, a new renovation was completed adding a freshwater swimming pool and new amenities, such as satellite TV.  The main guest house, Villa Carolina, features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, central air-conditioning, satellite TV, VCR, and CD player.
